Grant McQuoid

Grant is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and life member of the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce.

Grant is particularly passionate about small-medium enterprises (SME’s) and enabling people who own their own business to identify and realise their objectives using the Velocite business purpose model. He works with several privately owned businesses as an advisor, focused on growth and improved performance, his experience includes:

• Business planning and objective setting for people who own their own business including a focus on getting your management team to set and achieve objectives

• Understanding and improving financial performance

• Growth through expansion into new regions, mergers or purchasing of new businesses

• Establishing succession and exit plans including how to bring in key team members as shareholders of a family-owned business or how to exit your business via sale

• Facilitating SME advisory boards

Grant is also a Venture Taranaki Trust Board member.

Outside of work… Grant and his wife Michele have a passion for hiking, trail running, cycling, cross country bike trails and the outdoors.
