The government has announced its plans for how we will live with Covid-19 once vaccination targets are met across the Country. We know there is a lot of information coming through and it can be daunting to know where to start and what the changes mean for your business.

Do you have a covid response internal champion that can be your sole source of truth and manage the change?
Have you connected with your suppliers or customers to discuss potential changes to your business as a result of the rule changes?
Do you have an effective plan to communicate the changes to your employees?
