Well-being is a buzzword and can mean many things. However, research clearly shows there are many ways you can take greater control of your well-being, mental health, and happiness by working on simple strategies.
In this workshop, Clinical Psychologist Chantal Hofstee will teach your team research-based wellness strategies including mindful thinking.
Chantal will cover:
- More insight into how stress impacts physical health, mental health, and performance
- Practice of 3 – 5 short mindfulness techniques
- Practical suggestions on how to incorporate research-based lifestyle changes that prevent burnout into your every day (work) life
